In order to enhance the skills and professional capabilities of our employees in their work and in the services we provide to customers — especially services delivered to the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant — we consistently prioritize training and regular skill assessments for our staff.

Recently, Megarig Industries successfully completed a training, assessment, and certification program for employees in the areas of bolt tightening, flange facing, and industrial cleaning using high-pressure water.

The practical assessments were directly supervised and evaluated by the Maintenance Department staff of the Nghi Son Refinery and Petrochemical Plant. As a result, 100% of Megarig Industries’ personnel successfully passed the practical tests and were certified by NSRP.
